AcuRite's Iris high-precision PRO+ (5-in-1) Weather Sensor measures temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and rainfall. With solar-powered fans for improved airflow, it ensures accurate readings and wirelessly transmits data every 36 seconds up to 330 feet. Easily set up, it includes mounting hardware and offers a 2-year battery life.

    I used my new AcuRite Iris® (5-in-1) Weather Station to replace a super old AcuRite (5-in-1) Weather Station that I have mounted on a stainless-steel pole in my back yard. The Weather Station is about 9 feet off the ground. There are two reasons why I had to replace the old AcuRite (5-in-1) Weather Station. Initially, the internal fan driven by the twin solar panels to cool the temperature sensor failed which resulted in the temperatures being inflated around 4 degrees in the Texas summer heat. I could live with this by making a mental adjustment looking at the displayed temperature. But when the rain gage failed, I ordered the new AcuRite Iris® (5-in-1) Weather Station from AcuRite and it has worked great! It linked right up to my AcuRite Access once I removed my old AcuRite (5-in-1) Weather Station and added my new AcuRite Iris® (5-in-1) Weather Station.
