This is a perfect thermometer for my use. I can mount it on a window inside or outside and it doesn't obstruct my view. I love the beautiful Cardinal on it and check the temperature throughout the day instead of looking on my phone. It's really a very nice thermometer. Thank you!

love my window thermometer that lets me know what jacket to put on at any given moment.

It's smaller and easier to press onto the window of my back door and it's very pretty. I like the picture of the cardinal. I'm from New England and loved cardinals. We don't see them in California so it's nice to see that picture each time I check the thermometer.

It is not as easy to read as a digital thermometer, but I haven't had good luck with one of those lasting. At least this does not require a battery. Lines and numbers are pretty small so I am not able to get a precise reading without glasses, but it is close enough.

I've been through several suction-type outdoor window thermometers over many years. They are very hard to find now that so many other options are available. For the person who wants a no-frills temperature reading, though, this type is great. My only complaint is that the mercury is a bit hard to see but I've had the thermometer for only a short time and am learning what lights and angles are best for seeing it. Mercury thermometers do have this drawback but I like them anyway. And so far the suction cups are holding the thermometer onto the windowpane. I've had many problems with other similar items falling off. This one just survived a day of high winds and I hope will get through the rainy and sometimes snowy winters too.
