The La Crosse 724-1415BL-INT Wireless Rain Gauge features a self-emptying rain collector that wirelessly transmits rainfall, indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity data to the indoor display. The console displays temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius formats, the time with the day of the week and a graph for rainfall amounts. Know how much water you are using to water your lawn, or find out what the latest storm brought to your home.

Wireless Rain Gage

Set up the gage outside, and mounted gage to a post. Put display station in window in room above gage and thermometer. Was nice to see the three components all used the same size batteries (AA). Some units use combination of AA and AAA batteries. We've had no rain this month, but manually tipped the rain bucket twice and unit displays .02" (which it should). Display is plugged into a device for power, so it does not rely on battery power. Everything seems great at this time.

I like everything about the rain gauge except from the wait its reports the rain intervals. it gives you 1 hour, 24 hour and 7 days. I would like to have a record of the different rains so I could know per day how much rain we had.
