Great company, disappointed in product. What I mean is Weather Shack is a very good company-very secure, reliable, great prices. I would definitely shop from them again. The product however although it's visually pleasing and my device fits in there perfectly I'm disappointed that it doesn't protect my sensor from the sun more because that was my issue- I have no place to hang it where it doesn't get sun at least part of the day. So when it's sunny on my device I do not get an accurate reading just as before, So it did not solve my problem as I was hoping.

Great match for Honeywell C7089R1013 wireless outdoor sensor

The Honeywell C7089R1013 wireless outdoor temperature and humidity sensor fits perfectly within the AcuRite Remote Sensor Weather Shield (06054M). I used a zip tie to hold it in place. Absolutely allows the sensor to breath properly to keep temperature and humidity accurate, while keeping rainfall and sunlight off the sensor. I chose to use an inexpensive plant hanger to hang the shield off the North side of my deck. The only shield I could find that does the job for this sensor, and does it perfectly at a better than affordable price.
