OVERVIEW

Classic Conant TH-6 Series Vermont Thermometer Hygrometers make a handsome and practical addition to outdoor décor. On a large, easy-to-read scale, the thermometer of the instrument measures temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. There is also a hygrometer located on the lower portion of the dial on the weather stations that measures humidity.

The instruments come complete with a 3.5 inch long swivel arm and mounting bracket for trouble-free installation and it's also perfect for placing outside a window so it peers in. Crafted of brass with a living finish (over time this product will age beautifully into a nice patina and eventually, a desirable verdigris.) German engineered mechanism. Includes a lifetime guarantee!

The metal loop behind the thermometer face would not accept the wire bar. The loop was too small. When my husband called the manufacturer, he found them unhelpful. He subsequently fixed the problem by reshaping the loop with a screwdriver bit.

The Conant brass Vermont Thermometer/hygrometer is a greatproduct. It arrived quickly and was well-packed in the box. Installation is very easy and I like the way it pivots in the holder. The numbers are easy to read and both temp and humidity seem quite accurate.

It's a thermometer and it's pretty. It's as low tech as you can get. I don't know if it's precisely accurate, but it's close enough. Is it worth the price? Well, if you can afford it, then the answer is yes.

I love this thermometer. It is easy to see, elegant, yet relatively compact. I did have to build out my window frame to make it easier to see. A longer arm would have helped avoid this
