OVERVIEW

The La Crosse 308-1412-3TX Weather Station monitors the environmental conditions in up to four locations. The La Crosse 308-1412-3TX console features one built-in sensor for temperature, humidity, atomic time/date, and a comfort level indicator. The LCD screen displays up to three additional zone locations with the included wireless remote temperature/humidity sensors. Each zone simultaneously monitors the temperature and humidity in many other areas such as the kitchen, garage, living room, office, garden, bedroom, basement or another interior/exterior location.

All 3 weather station sensors are working accurately but it has only been two weeks. They have not been exposed to outside weather yet so time and weather will be the test.

The Receiver is in the house. One sensor is on the back porch, one in the garage, and the other on the front porch. All three sensors are picked up fine by the Receiver.

Product is small and compact. Seems well made and the greatest plus is that the wireless signals penetrate metal "boxes" and I have not lost communication since installing 3 weeks ago. The atomic clock on the display is an added nicety.

I bought this weather station to replace a much older La Crosse model with similar capabilities. The things that I like about the new one are: All three remote sensor's data is displayed all the time; All three remote sensors display humidity; Each remote sensor has an assigned number that is semi-permanent and shows on the display; Low battery state is displayed for all three remotes and the base station; More time zones are available. I do wish it had a way to mount it on the wall. After a year I will know more!
